What a heavenly tea-drinking experience! It contains cardamom, fennel, and ginger which are great for digestion. We've added lemongrass, licorice, saffron, and holy basil (tulsi) for balancing the body's energy fields. Plus, we blend in rosebuds to enchant the mind and cinnamon to sweeten the tongue.
As a bonus, sencha green tea is a major source for antioxidants, vital for restoring the body. It all blends to make a magical potion! Of course if we tea drinkers think this, it is so - our minds will make it happen. Very low in caffeine - 15 mg per cup.

This tea was the hit of my recent ladies tea parties, I served it in the eight cup glass teapot to showcase it's beautiful flowers, The warm spices were very inviting and soothing. Everyone enjoyed this one. It was sort of chai like in the spices--wonderful aroma, the ladies drank 3 or 4 cups each.
