Iced Tea Blend
This black tea from the Nilgiri region of India makes a great iced tea. It's full of flavor and best of all, it will not cloud.

Without a doubt, the absolute best iced tea I have ever tasted. Try brewing 6 tsp. in 2 cups of water for 15 minutes, then pour onto 3/4 cup of Sugar in the Raw with a pinch of baking soda. Stir until dissolved. Then add six more cups of water and chill until ready to drink. You won't be sorry.

Really good iced tea. I do find that it's very easy to over-brew but I figured out what works best for me. I have a 2L (68 fl. oz) pitcher, and a 1.2L (40 fl. oz) kettle. I fill a large 3 inch tea ball (could be labeled as an herb infuser or spice ball) with.... this tea, pour the 1.2L of boiling water into the kettle. Once the entire pitcher is no longer crystal clear (usually 20-30 seconds) I fill the remaining 0.8L with room temperature filtered water, pop it in the fridge and walk away. Never over brewed and bitter, and never too weak.

Elmwood Inn has the best iced tea blend I can find. We've tried them all but nothing compares. And to think they are less than 2 hours from our house. Amazing. I highly recommend you give it a try.

Just received my latest purchase, timely as always, and immediately tried a pot of your "Iced Tea Blend". It is astonishingly rich, fruity and as smooth as silk. My sole choice for the warm months hereafter !!!

Received without any issues. Good flavor and will buy again. Ton of product. Froze part of it to keep freshness. I have slacked off the use of this tea because I have just been using other flavors but I can not not say enough good stuff about the way it taste and smells.

I used to use Lipton loose tea for my sweet tea, then I switched to another brand of high quality tea, an Indian monsoon variety. This resulted in better tea than I have ever had, so I decided to try this brand as it was slightly cheaper. I think this tea is the bomb now, I have made a whole bag's worth of tea this summer. I found a recommendation to use 30 grams of tea for a gallon of iced tea and that's what I did with this. I know tea snobs will think this is sacrilege but I make mine in a coffee brewer, I just put it in the basket and brew a carafe, then water it down and add sugar. Works for me :)
